SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We appreciate your custom and want to ensure that we are offering the best rates and service when it comes to shipping out orders to our customers. We have 2 options for our customers to choose from:
- Express delivery (1-2 Days) £4.99
- Standard Delivery £3.99
(shipping fee may differ for light weighted products)
We work very hard to ensure that every product that leaves our store is made to perfection for our customers to enjoy with no complaints, but we totally understand that things do happen and minds do change, so we want to ensure you have a seamless return process with us.
How do I return an item I have changed my mind about?
Unfortunately this does happen at times for various reasons so not to worry, please send us an email to email@example.com
with your name, order number, and your reason for returning the item. We will then provide you with the full address to send your item back to and proceed to refund the full funds back to your original payment method.
Please note: we require returns to be made within 14 days of purchase any later than this may not be accepted
Please ensure that the package is sealed and unopened when returning it back to us.
Allow 5-7 working days for the funds to arrive in your account.
What do I do if my item arrives broken or is faulty?
It is extremely frustrating to receive a broken or faulty package especially when you have been looking forward to it. Our candles and diffusers are made using glass so this is a possibility, Our products are also all handmade so although all products are made with attentiveness we do understand that anything could go wrong. In such case please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order date, picture of fault and let us know whether you would like a full refund or a product replacement.
