    • Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the kit.

    • Melt wax using the recommended method only.

    • Do not add water, oils, or other substances to the wax or dyes.

    • You will receive 7 different fragrance oils, according to the scent type you have chosen. Use only 3 full scent bottles per candle.

    • Candle dyes are highly concentrated — a small amount goes a long way.

    • Work in a well-ventilated area and handle hot wax with care.

    • Allow your candle to cool and fully set before lighting (minimum 24 hours).

    Important Notes:

    • Each candle made using this kit will be unique in colour and finish.

    • Variations in marbling, shade, and pattern are part of the design process and are not considered faults.

  • Because our candle kits contain consumable and safety-sensitive materials, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used kits.

    Returns Eligibility

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened kits only.

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

    Faulty or Damaged Items

    If your kit arrives damaged or faulty:

    • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    • Include clear photos of the issue and packaging

    • We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation

    Refund Processing

    Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
